Yes. We work with strata managers and property managers who oversee multiple buildings. Each property gets its own scope, checklist, and schedule — but you have one point of contact across all of them. No need to manage multiple vendor relationships.

How do I know services are actually being completed?

We use GPS check-in and check-out on every visit — attendance is verified, not assumed. We can also provide service completion logs per property on request. You should be able to confirm delivery without having to go and inspect yourself.

What happens when a resident complains?

You contact us directly — one person, fast response. We deal with it. Our goal is that residents notice the building is clean, not that they're lodging complaints. But when something does come up, the escalation path is simple and doesn't involve you being in the middle of it for long.

What common areas do you typically cover?

Lobbies, lifts, stairwells, corridors, bin areas, common restrooms, glass panels, letterbox areas, and outdoor paths — as agreed in the scope. The exact inclusions are confirmed during the walk-through and documented in a site-specific checklist for each property.

Can the scope be different for each building?

Yes. Each property is scoped separately during a walk-through. One building might need lift and lobby focus; another might prioritise bin areas and outdoor paths. We document each scope individually and maintain them separately.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month. Strata arrangements change — committees turn over, managers change companies, buildings get sold. You shouldn't be locked into a cleaning contract that outlasts your management of a property. We keep it flexible and earn it each month.
