All Clean Property Care (ABN 27 617 221 011) ("All Clean", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal and business information we collect. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you contact us, submit a quote request, book a service, or communicate with us, we may collect: your name; your business name and ABN; contact details including email address, phone number, and postal or business address; details about your property or site (type, size, location, access requirements); your service requirements and preferences; and payment information (processed securely — we do not store full card details).

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may collect technical information such as: your IP address and general location; browser type and device information; pages visited and time spent; and referring website. Analytics and performance telemetry (Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights) are not loaded and do not send data off-site unless you accept analytics via our cookie consent banner. This information is used to understand how our website is used and to improve it. It does not personally identify you unless combined with information you have voluntarily provided.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Analytics cookies and telemetry are OFF by default and only activate if you choose "Accept analytics" in our cookie consent banner. If you choose "No thanks", analytics and performance telemetry remain disabled. Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 12 months, unless you clear site storage sooner. We also use strictly necessary items that are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking: ac_exp_home_hero — A/B test variant assignment (server-set); ac_landing_path — sessionStorage attribution (cleared when you close the tab); and form state — used only to complete enquiries (not stored as analytics cookies). These items are used solely for site functionality and are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiries and requests for quotes or site assessments.

• To provide, administer, and invoice for our cleaning and property care services.

• To communicate with you about your services — including scheduling, confirmations, scope changes, and service updates.

• To contact you for business purposes — including follow-up on open quotes, service renewal discussions, and relevant service updates. You may opt out of non-essential business communications at any time.

• To improve our services and website based on analytics and feedback.

• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including maintaining appropriate insurance and compliance records.

3. Permission to Contact You

By submitting a contact form, quote request, or service enquiry, you consent to All Clean contacting you by phone, email, or SMS for the purpose of: responding to your enquiry; providing or following up on a quote; discussing your service requirements; and communicating about your active or pending services.

From time to time, we may also contact you with information about services relevant to your business — for example, notifying you of new service options, seasonal promotions, or relevant industry updates. You can opt out of these communications at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email, or by contacting us directly at hello@allclean.au.

We will not contact you for purposes unrelated to our business, and we will not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third parties.

We may share information with: our staff and service delivery team members, on a need-to-know basis for the purpose of performing your services; our technology service providers (including our website host, email service provider, and analytics platforms) who process information on our behalf under appropriate data agreements; and regulatory bodies or authorities where we are required to do so by law.

Any third-party service providers we engage are required to handle your information securely and only for the purposes for which it is shared.

5. Analytics & Third-Party Services

If you accept analytics via our cookie banner, our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to help us understand website usage and performance. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location (based on IP), device and browser type, referrer information, and performance metrics (e.g., page load timing). These tools are not loaded and do not send data off-site unless you accept analytics. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting tools on this site.

Our enquiry form submissions are processed via a secure server-side API. Contact information collected via forms is transmitted and stored securely.

5.1 Analytics details

What we use

Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting tools on this site.

How consent works

Analytics is OFF by default — none of these tools are loaded or send data off-site until you choose "Accept analytics". If you accept, analytics activates immediately without a page reload. If you decline, analytics stays disabled on future visits. Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 12 months, unless you clear site storage sooner. If we materially change our analytics tools, we may ask for your preference again.

Data retention

GA4 data retention depends on our configuration and may be up to approximately 14 months. Vercel telemetry retention varies based on provider settings and plan, and is reviewed periodically.

How to opt out

Select "No thanks" on the cookie banner when you first visit. To change your choice later, clear your browser's site storage — the banner will reappear and you can choose again. You can also use private or incognito browsing to avoid any preference being stored. Google provides an optional browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics tracking.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal and business obligations. Specifically: enquiry and quote records are retained for up to 3 years; active client records are retained for the duration of the service relationship and for 7 years after the last service; payment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.

Where we no longer require your information, we will securely delete or de-identify it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information; request that we delete your information (subject to our legal and contractual obligations); and opt out of business communications that are not related to an active service engagement.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Our systems use industry-standard security measures. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
