Will you work around our service hours?

Yes. We schedule before open or after close — whatever suits your venue. The timing is agreed during the walk-through and confirmed in writing. Your team shouldn't be prepping a kitchen or setting tables around cleaning activity.

Do you understand health inspection requirements for hospitality environments?

Yes. We use food-safe products and practices in areas adjacent to food preparation and service. Our scope is built around the hygiene standards that matter for health inspections — not just what looks clean on the surface.

Do you cover kitchen cleaning as well as front-of-house?

Our standard scope is front-of-house — dining areas, bathrooms, glass, entry, and customer-facing surfaces. Kitchen cleaning (including commercial kitchens) is a separate scope that we can discuss. We'll be clear about what's included during the walk-through rather than creating ambiguity.

What happens if something needs urgent attention before a service?

One contact, direct line. If something needs dealing with before your next service — a spill, a hygiene issue before lunch, anything — you call or message us directly and we work out the fastest resolution. No ticket system, no delay.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Month-to-month. Hospitality businesses have seasonal variation, ownership changes, and evolving needs. We keep the arrangement flexible. If the service isn't working, you're free to move on — but we aim to make sure it is.
